Up until as seniors we really only need 6 or so hours of sleep. https://nowcomment.com/documents/366157?scroll_to=3264978 https://nowcomment.com/documents/366157?scroll_to=3264978 Mon, 11 Mar 2024 08:51:49 -0700 I agree https://nowcomment.com/documents/366157?scroll_to=3246439 https://nowcomment.com/documents/366157?scroll_to=3246439 Definitely my biggest gripe as well. At least we get notifications for assignments when they get posted in google classroom. Can't say the same for canvas. I also find Canvas to be so convoluted and hard to navigate that I end up wasting more time looking for things. The pandemic made many people lose there jobs and added an even bigger lack of care for people in need of mental health treatment and counseling services. Things like allowing for more job openings in mental health can address the rise in mental health problems across the country. Accepting others despite their mental health struggles and not making them feel lesser than anyone else can also help to counter the mental health crisis.
