When it comes to evaluating ones perfomance, the critical analyses used, the knowledge, the way of collaboration that is applied to it, are all keys. When it comes to teaching, it is just something that requires a lot of time and dedication from the teacher's perspective, whereas for the students one, it needs to flow nicely and unpercptable.
