      <description>Dalai Lama mentions passion here. He says that passion is the key of happiness of you and the others. If you want people to be happy, you should practice compassion; if you want to be happy, then you should practice self-compassion. This is what this saying means. 
From my point of view, when I think of compassion, happy moments that I had comes to my mind. For example, there was a stray cat and she was hungry. So I decided to feed her everyday. Compassion made me make a decision like that. Everytime I fed that cat, I could feel the happiness of her. Her happiness made me happy too.
I totally agree with this saying. Because in my opinion, compassion is the best way to spread help, love and uniting. And I believe these things make us feel better. I can't even imagine a world without compassion.
After all, we have to spread the compassion. That's how we will make the world a better place. That's how we will make others happy which will make us happy too.
