What gets me is the number of students at the elementary level who have their own cell phones, iPads, and other devices. I understand the need to connect with parents in an emergency, but I can't wrap my head around the idea of a ten-year-old with such an expensive device all their own. Sat, 20 Jun 2015 11:26:58 -0400
