      <description>Online teaching and learning is basically when you learn and attend classes over the Internet. You can watch videos, join live sessions, and do your assignments online, which allows greater flexibility for both the instructor and learner. Emergency remote teaching, though, is like a quick turnaround to online when something unexpected happens, like COVID-19.

It's important to be intentional about online learning, which means planning it out carefully to make sure it helps you learn. This includes thinking about how to make it interesting for you and making sure that you have what you need to take part, like the right technology and support.
