      <description>Though states have the right to determine laws that aren't implied in the constitution, some are going against some basic human rights. I'm sure something very similar took place when Loving V. Virginia was going under way. Equal rights were given to interracial couples in the early nineteen hundreds and I'm sure that several states went against it as well. The government serves to protect and provide for the common good of the people not to reject the rights that couples have. </description>
