      <description>This excerpt addresses not only the issues that the young Hmong face, but also how society enforces those inequalities on them. They were put in a bad situation where they aren't expected to succeed and in addition to their already bad circumstance, they have serious negative influences. This makes them way more susceptible to outside and negative influences.
