      <description> It's quite unfortunate that our congressional leaders engage in such tactics for the sole purpose of election or re-election. This represents the problem we're faced with-- why are we electing leaders who are in it for themselves, or to get their names well known? The job description doesn't solely entail running for election and re-election, but in performing tasks that will benefit the constituents of both House and Senate leaders. </description>
