The opportunity for all to be able to grow and learn is the goal of the majority of teachers I know. The opportunity for this OER program are limitless in the ways we can use them to help many. Over the last year I have become very interested in parent education and in fact my groups PDI was on parent education. Within my class this year, I had several parents who have never graduated high school. However, one of my families actually had not even finished junior high. The idea of having access to these tools for parents no matter their language and the way they could improve their lives and their students are countless. How awesome!
