His tone of voice very clear and nice, but it gets to the point where if he reads with that tone for the whole story, it's going to be very difficult for people to keep paying attention to what he is reading.

To be honest James reading was boring and monotone. It lacked life, it lacked spirit. It took me a lot of effort to even continue listening to his reading.

Adichie has this strategy where she gives the audience context before she reads her excerpts. This helps her a good amount because it works as a great hook. It's like if she were give us the appetizer, and we’re left with that feeling of wanting the full meal.

Adichie tone of voice is very pleasant and eloquent. Even though her voice isn’t Dramatic, she still was able to catch the attention of the audience, in this case me. Not only did she catch my attention because of her incredibly charming writing, but her voice was fit for the type of writing she had in store for us.

To keep your audience engaged in what you are presenting, you have to keep your slides nice and short. Your slides need to have the least amount of words possible. For instance, instead of having paragraphs you should have bullet points that show your key ideas of that certain slide you are presenting. You should also have some picture in your slides.

I think two major keys , which was the use of language and to get on a even ground with the audience, from the four Chris Anderson presented are the most important. Language is important because you never really know the level of understanding your audience has. So you always have to understand your audience first. The second point which was get on an even ground with the audience is also important because how can you start implanting your idea in someone else's mind if you don't understand the audience. To achieve this it is always important to use metaphors to give the audience a better understanding of your idea.

Ideas are what make our world our world. “Our world” is composed of many different ideas, but in the long run those ideas are all connected to each other. These ideas give us our own perspective on what we believe in or in other words give the structure to our world.

Something that really caught my attention from the video is that there is no established formula to give a good speech. There is no proper way to give a speech because the point is to transmits one's idea to others people's mind, make them see what you see.

His volume differed from what people would typically enjoy hearing. I liked his volume because although it was a bit monotone, he would raise his voice in the key parts of the text. This was useful because it helped me understand the text thanks to this strategy.

Anthony Hopkins makes pauses in every new idea or sentence. He also doesn’t pace himself in the reading. Not pacing himself gave it a more devilish tone to the reading. I feel like if he were to read it in a different, it wouldn't have that tone.

The voice of the Anthony Hopkins sounds very mysterious and he also seems like if he was tired and like if he didn’t want to do it. He makes it seem like a speech that you would say when you’re about to murder someone while you have them tied down in a chair while they sob for one final time.
