      <title>Quoting and Citing Quotes are different because with quotes you usually paraphrase to make it a little shorter and a little more pointed to the topic at hand. With Citing quotes, it's usually the whole quote, cited with page numbers, authors,all the works</title>

      <title>I think this can happen a lot with people who don't fully understand plagiarism and think if they just pick and choose little pieces of someone else's words and not the whole thing it doesn't 'really' count as plagiarism. </title>
