      <description>It seems to me that rather than consider the problems/issues in isolation and investigate them in solitude, Dr. Zhao and his colleagues reframe by examining what aspects of the environment help to facilitate effective technology usage. It also seems that they consider these factors, not in isolation, but how they are interconnected.</description>
