      <description>It looks as if the officer is forcing the demonstrator toward his dog so his dog can attack him. It does look like a peaceful protest was going on when the troops &quot;crashed the party&quot;.</description>

The officers did use force on Martin  Luther but dropped charges. To me they did this because the use of force they used on him. They wanted him to stay silent.</description>
