I feel like if we are in teacher in a time where schools and schools in urban areas are flooded with students who speak more than one language and you would think teachers who are just starting out especially would be given way more support in this area. It is a a true disadvantage because to get students to be able to understand they need the proper access and how that's to b e done is something i feel isn't explicitly supported.
