The only way tech helps this is by making it easier to get resources. so now research doesnt take hours of library hunting and hoping the info is there. Technology can help in projects only if the project is designed to be a good project without the technology. Using tech to use tech starts to muddle the teaching and the learning. In my opinion if a school is going to push for 1-1 then they should provide the materials.
