<title>How much cyber bullying happens on school premises? Additionally the flaw in confiscating phones to avoid cyber bullying is that phones will still retain negative messages and the student will then see them later.</title>

<title>This is what makes the modern cellular age so appealing. It allows all people to remain in contact regardless of the distance. Phones may have some negative things but they also have plenty positives.</title>

<title>This makes sense. Often times kids who get smart phones as their first phones become addicted quickly. There is so much content that it is almost overwhelming. This makes the children become hooked as they want to experience all of the content.</title>

<description>A family makes half a million a year, but they want their child to learn independence skills and therefore they will not pay for the education of their kid. They are now at a disadvantage when compared to a family that makes $150,000 a year but they are willing to pay for a portion of their child's education. We should base scholarship money, grants, etc. off the situation of the student rather then that of the parent.</description>
