I wouldn't really know what to do. I would probably raise enough money by continuing my education and getting a job to go and see my parents and move with them. I would work myself as hard as possible, especially if it would provide me to see my parents once again. I would also spend a while contacting other family members to let them know what happened and if I could stay with them. Ask them if you can stay with them, and keep asking around until you find a family member who would allow you. Then, you should try and work to provide restitution to the relative you are staying with, along with possible funds you would use to go move back with your parents.
