Parents have problems as well so they cannot always tend to their children some parents struggle and some parents have to work all day everyday so they cannot have no time to look out such as single women or single fathers. Do to this young children will then begin to make a way for themselves such as Money, Clothes, food and etc. BY robbing, stealing, and turning their backs on each other. will then lead to incarceration.
