This leads to a corrupt society. If white men would view everyone as equals most problems would be solved. Instead they hand every little problem on to the black men and expect them to fix it or get it done with almost nothing in return. This is why the society is corrupt and failing. They are trapped because their ego and self image were more important than four-fifths of the people.
