They split apart from Israel and have been stopped by the USA in the past. Now though, Washington can no longer control the Arab - Israeli diplomacy. Other countries have spoken. According to Gustavo Petro, the UN should hold a peace conference between Ukraine and the Palestinians, two conflicts happening in the real life world.
