The premise of individualism believes that one individual is the spiritual center of the universe. As the author places the importance of one's individualism instead of just being a subject under the government. From the author's point of view, the government has made policies that impede one's ability to just be one's self whether intentionally or intentionally. This has led the author to only wish that each person could be their own individual. without such tight rules restrictions or regulations.
