Green was for business men and were the best areas, the blue area was the white collar area where good people lived, the yellow area was where the working class lived, and the red area is where the lower class whites and blacks lived. The red area was the most affected by the housing act because of the low property value things weren't getting funded and these people lived near factories which was bad for their health.
