This is where you want to integrate sources. If it is something you learned from or got from the sources, make a small citation for said information and make it flow within the paragraph. This is a common issue for people as we feel that we have to be something we aren't, for her she feels that she isn't all people think she is and she feels hypocritical. I feel that this practice is very unhealthy for people as it creates undue stress, but in some cases, it is a moral decision to do the right thing for all and not the right thing for yourself, as she is doing.
