I did not notice that or think of it in that way, great observation.
The words that provide a more in depth meaning or adds to the poem are capitalized and its a good thing to connect these words together.
I think the first sentences really set the tone for the poem and it creates a cool and chilling tone for the reader. I really like how the author said " He kindly stopped for me".
The author through the poem talks about the surroundings of them during the drive in the carriage. Almost like their life’s happiest moments was flashing before their eyes.
The idea of death not having haste is interesting to me, he would have no time constraints because of his immortality but would still have a task he needs to complete.
The civility of death is a topic I did not think would be brought up.
Yeah I feel like it’s someones last moments being stretched out by either death itself or their perception of time changing.
