Curious, Do you see an advantage as well as maybe inviting identified at risk families, and students, to be representative members of the city council when the have meetings? it would be great to form a group that has a voice and presents their concerns, views, and ideas to the city council among adults of position to see what differences they can have in the community and play a more important part.
