That's awesome! I was the drummer in the band. We've traveled to a total of 20 different states in all of our tours. Our shows ranged from small crowds of 15-20 people to a crowd of 200+

I enjoy working with my hands and being in person, but I totally understand how this can be benefical for people who have no reason to leave home just to waste their time in traffic all day. My dad does this everyday driving an hour and loves remote work

This is very beneficial my mom works for Pfizer and they’ve been working from home since COVID and she said that they’re in the process of making things permanent from home because more work is getting done

You definitely have to be disciplined though , I think for someone not having to get up and actually go to an office everyday can throw off an individual especially if they need structure

She mentions how day workers want to be able to create flexibility so they can spend more time pursuing what they love. I really felt that, it's hard working 7a.m.-5p.m. or later and trying to pursue my MMA career. It can be pretty difficult to balance.

It would be nice not having to spend 1-2 hours a day in traffic, but instead apply those 1-2 hours getting work done

She makes a great point here, remote working gives employers the ability to hire the best candidate in a much broader area. My team consists of people in California, Texas, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Illinois just to name a few

The virtual office seems like an interesting way to do it. You can simulate many of the things that you lose by not being in the same location.

The woman speaks important facts that I have well known about. I think that this makes sense and it helps to know that what I know already is also known by other people. It helps to have some kind of confirmation regarding prosperity in the work place.

I believe it makes sense that this flexibility will make people productive because if you get everything else extra out of the way all you need to focus on and worry about is your work. This could also be a general attitude boost instead of feeling stuck.
