Literature has always been an important part of my life, and children's literature is what started the relationship between me and books. This relationship with literature grew thanks to my aunt. I remember myself as a child receiving lots of books from her. Every

As I became older and started having more obligations I stopped reading as I used to do. For many years I didn't read at all, until a few years ago I discovered a free app to read novels in digital format, so I started to read again. I try to read in the few spare moments I have. Even though I am an adult now, children's literature will always have a special place in my heart. It is thanks to children's literature that I began reading. I remember all of those books, their covers, the smell of their pages and the lovely images. Books just mean childhood to me.

Obligations, lack of time, routine…
We are always doing something but hardly enjoying it. The evil of our times.
My mother was very fond of Agatha Christie, so I also read lots of her books, too.

I can reflect myself in your words. Since I was little, my mom used to read me and buy me book whenever my family economy allow it. It’s like you said, nothing can compare to the smell of pages. I still have some of my old books, but now read them to my niece and nephew. I think it’s great that you can read in your spare time, because, even if it’s for a short period of time , dedicate time to reading is always rewarding.

Naty Moyano (Aug 14 2023 2:39PM) : Natura envy more

Sometimes, I envy those people who are so fond of reading. Perhaps, it is because I wasn’t influenced by books of any kind when I was a child. This makes me highlight the importance of exposing kids to literature, as you were.

Veronica Gimenez Veronica Gimenez (Aug 27 2023 4:13PM) : The habit of reading more

I envy people who find it so easy to read. I never got the habit, and it got worse over the years. There are so many technological distractions that it makes it impossible for me to concentrate on reading.
