Should the government regulate fishing?
Is it right to interfere with people’s ability to earn money today in order to protect the access of future generations to the nation’s common goods?
Explain!
I believe the government should have some form of regulation on fishing. If the government or someone else doesn’t regulate fishing the rivers, lakes, and ponds would be over fished and damage fish populations. I don’t think it is right to interfere with peoples ability to earn money. It is already hard enough to earn a living wage for today’s generation and the future generations will just have to figure it out.
