Como se menciona a lo largo del texto es importante estar atentos sobre lo que consumimos y en qué cantidades lo hacemos. Es crucial el investigar y estar informado sobre lo que consumimos sobre todo con este tipo de bebidas ya que esto puede frenar y afectar nuestro desarrollo y hay que aprender a limitar el consumo o de plano no consumirlos, en especial si se es menor de edad.
