Bullets (consistent with the Ting location line) avoid making this line look like text (commas and the word “and”) vs. a more-graphic looking bullet point headline. This I would definitely do.
Word order— my thinking was that many more people would be hooked/grabbed when reading the poster by leading with specific fun things like music/dance/food vs. something abstract like “culture”. But if people want to start with “Culture” I’m OK with that.
Minor additional note: of the 4 music graphics, only this one uses just 2 colors for the notes, all the others use 3 colors. I think 3 is more interesting.
Text color against orange background is maybe a little weak also; don’t want to compete with band names maybe, but is there another color that would work better?
Which of the two do we think will bring in more people, Kids Zone or Beer Garden? No way to know the right answer, but I’d put on top whichever one think will bring in the most.
Note— this is the only element of the design that feels a little clunky/cluttered to me… all else is little stuff!
Other thoughts:
1. this line might look more balanced if those 2 items were centered rather than flush left.
2. Assuming we want to minimize calls to office (short staffing), put link first!?
3. What if the “Hosted by Sin Barreras” was moved from the top Ting Pavilion line (where text is crowded and the long text length forces that line to be a smaller font size than it was in past drafts) and the “Hoste by” words instead added to this bottom line? I think that might make everything look cleaner and perhaps make Sin Barreras name even more visible.
If you like that idea, those 3 items (More info, link, Hosted by) might look good centered (now that we have more text for balance) again using 2 bullets to separate the 3 items.
