I wondered that, too. I can’t tell if it’s air pollution or just some other haze. The contrast between the dull, hazy background and the vibrant green ground is very interesting!

With water in the background, I can infer that they were swimming in the lake and are now walking away from it and perhaps headed home. more

I see high rises which may indicate city nearby or hotels and condos.

At first glance, the green grass made me think of central park, but then the buildings are different and the people all look Asian.

They must have just finished because their hair looks wet. The area they are walking on is full of water also.
