At a time when COVID-19 is creating imbalance in our community and within ourselves, Kailee Scales and Deepak Chopra, M.D. discuss the impacts of stress stemming from historical heritage to the daily stresses of today, and how meditation can lead us to a path of healing. Dr. Chopra will also lead us through a guided meditation.
