I think the bond of relationships always cause this, correct? In this case this applies to many people, that have a bond, with others? Also experience and years of bonds and relationships matter much, correct?

Robyn G (Jul 19 2021 9:01AM) : I get that but I feel like so grandparent like my grandmother is outrightly sentimental, talking about the past and whatnot, while some like my grandfather don't act sentimental at all unless you beg him to bring out a picture album.

I see why the father and son don’t have a very close relationship because he was working all the time so he did miss a lot of key moments. SO I think the son feels almost jealous because his kid gets the kind of attention he wants. But only because the grandfather is retired.

Interesting – I see the fall out from what his son missed seemingly visible here in the son noticing this through their new addition – interesting all the family in this graphic novel are having info revealed about aspects that shown them as real people, etc.
