Staffed by United Airlines IAD Terminal employees, these counters are situated in the check-in area. In addition to getting their boarding cards and luggage checked in, passengers can ask any questions they may have about their trip. For travelers who would rather interact in person or require extra help, this is the best choice. Self-service kiosks are positioned around the terminal to facilitate a quicker, more independent check-in procedure. By streamlining the procedure and cutting down on wait times, passengers may use these kiosks to independently check in, choose their seats and print their boarding cards.
