I notice that all three students worded the introduction the same. Was this a framework they were given and did the fill in the blanks?

The three samples indicate that students might not have understood what this was asking. I wonder if looking at pictures and paying attention to details might have helped them to pay attention to changes.

To develop attention to details, you could show pictures of mothers and babies and ask students to list differences. These could be used to answer the question.
