[Roe v. Wade brought the issue of abortion to the Supreme Court. On October 11, 1972 Ms. Sarah Weddington represented Jane Roe before the Supreme Court in a historic oral argument that led to legalized abortion in the United States. This document is a “virtual reenactment” of the court transcript (courtesy of The Oyez Project) to demonstrate how NowComment® can organize and facilitate debate and the exchange of ideas.
