How to set up a GPT Dialogue Notebook, step-by-step:

A. Quick Start (3 minutes)

After logging in to NowComment, in My Library or on almost any page on NowComment, click Upload Document from the main menu in the blue banner at the top, then click the box for Text I’ll Write Now.
Title this document with today’s date to a week from today to keep weekly logs. Also add your first name (e.g. Paul’s Logs July 18 – 24).
At the top of each weekly document, write a list of your goals for the week. Then hit the buttons at the bottom and on the next two screens: Upload, Save and Continue, and Continue
